Delete your Spotable customer account.
This request applies to your global customer account, every linked club and the participants you manage. Leaving one club is a different action.
What happens
New club billing stops when the request is accepted; active places end at each club's local month end.
Anonymization is scheduled 30 days after a verified request, after required provider cleanup succeeds.
Personal profile, participant and medical information is anonymised after required provider cleanup. Financial, refund, credit and consent records are minimised and retained where required for accounting, legal, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention purposes.
